Spinach, Chicken and Bacon Salad

Ingredients: 

  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • ½ chicken breast
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 slice bacon
  • 1 tbsp “peri peri” sauce (medium or garlic)


Instructions: 

Cook the bacon piece in a pan until it's brown and crispy. While the bacon is cooking, cut the chicken breast into even slices. Cook the chicken in the bacon fat on one side for 1 minute. Flip it and fry for 4-6 minutes. Cut the avocado into slices. Cut the bacon into small pieces. Put the spinach and avocado into a large bowl. Add the bacon and the Peri Peri sauce.

Macros: 330 calories, 36g protein, 10g carbs, 6g fiber, 2g sugar, 16g fat
