Ingredients:
(for the dressing)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
(for the Cobb Salad)
- Coconut oil spray
- 100g sliced ham
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 30g blue cheese
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- 2 cups romaine lettuce coarsely chopped
- ½ diced avocado
- 2 slices turkey bacon
Instructions:
Hard boil the eggs. Slice the ham in cubes and heat them in a non-stick skillet sprayed with olive oil for 3-5 minutes. Slice the hard-boiled eggs. Put the lettuce in the bottom of a bowl. Put the halved cherry tomatoes, avocados, blue cheese, ham, eggs and turkey bacon in rows next to each other. Evenly spread the dressing over.
Macros: 370 calories, 46g protein, 7g carbohydrates, 4g fiber, 1g sugar, 27g fat
