Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings


Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs chicken wings (with skin)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 3 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:

Season the wings with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, paprika, oregano, butter and lime juice. Place wings on a baking rack with foil underneath to catch the drippings and place in the oven at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Remove the wings from the oven and place in a large bowl. Mix wings with hot sauce, garlic, parsley and Parmesan cheese until well coated. Place the wings back in the oven for another 10-15 minutes at 425. Makes 4-6 servings depending on size of wings. 1 serving is approx 3 wings.
